Subscribers in the national capital region (NCR) opting for a Vodafone connection can now choose a number of their choice, as the company has launched a "Choose Your Number" facility at 52 stores, 212 mini stores and 4,000 multi brand outlets.
"With 'Choose Your Number' service offered by Vodafone, the prepaid customers in Delhi & NCR can opt for numeric combinations based on their lucky number, car registration number, date of birth, anniversary or any other favourite number," the company said in a statement on Friday.
Commenting on the new offer, Apoorva Mehrotra, Business Head, Delhi & NCR, Vodafone India, said, "At Vodafone Delhi, we believe in offering innovative offerings to our customers, tailored to their usage and likings. Choose your number offer has also been designed against the backdrop of giving our customers the freedom to choose".
The statement added that Vodafone, India's No. 2 telco, has been at the forefront of providing the best customer service and experience and "Choose your number campaign was another such initiative towards enhancing its service delivery and customer gratification."
Vodafone India, in addition to Rs 111,000 crores already invested in the country since entry in 2007, has recently announced an additional investment of Rs 13,000 crores for capacity augmentation and new business initiatives, towards the Digital India and Make in India campaign.
